Business English Level Two
In Vocational Studies and LanguagesAbout this course
English is a critical skill for many professionals, particularly in fields such as business, finance, technology, and international trade. Many professionals attend English courses to improve their language skills for work and professional advancement.
Miscommunication across global business costs companies billions of dollars each year. Whether it is employees lacking a full understanding of their new role, or a breakdown in communication between two branches of a global corporation. The solution could be as straightforward as training delegates through a standard ‘General English’ programme – alternatively, it may be necessary to train attendees in aspects of business English or industry specific English, bespoke to your (oil and gas) industry.
Upon completion of this course, delegates should be able to have:
Improved grammar and vocabulary: Understanding and proper use of grammar structures and an increased vocabulary in English.
Enhanced reading and listening skills: Increased ability to comprehend written and spoken English, including the ability to understand and analyze various texts and audio materials.
Stronger speaking and writing skills: Improved ability to express thoughts, ideas, and opinions in English through clear and confident speech and writing.
Increased cultural awareness: Understanding of the cultures and perspectives of English-speaking countries, and an appreciation for the diversity of the English language and its use around the world.
Confidence in using English: Improved confidence and fluency in using English in real-life situations, such as in communication with others, technical discussions, traveling, or pursuing academic and professional opportunities.
